Hi Angela,
Thanks for the invitation.
I have been posting responses to questions, posting to my blog and my group (The Musketeers). Hopefully, I have not missed any steps in the posting process.. If you are unable to see my work, please let me know.
Cheers, Pam.

Profile Information
Hometown:
Pleasant Grove now, but always from Kinkora!
About Me:
My name is Angela. And those sweet things in my profile picture are my precious cats, Leo and Hannah; they take a much better picture than I ever could.
This is my fifth year teaching.
After graduating from UPEI in May 2003, my husband, Matt and I accepted teaching positions on a reserve in Northern Saskatchewan, 7 hours north of Saskatoon. We taught there for 2 years and then returned home to PEI to be married and look for jobs. We both were very fortunate to secure work. I spent my first year teaching at Kensington Intermediate Senior High and last year I worked at Stonepark every second day and Prince Street on the other days. This year I join Matt at Montague Regional Senior High.
School Name & Location
Montague Regional Senior High is located at 142 Fraser Street in Montague.
Teaching Assignment
When I am not busy in the library, I teach 2 General English courses and I am book contact for the entire school over the school year.
Favorite Authors/Illustrators
Frank McCourt, J.K. Rowling, Jean Little, Gordon Korman, Deborah Ellis, Megan McGafferty
Best Things about our School Library
Our school library is located in a great area. Many students feel comfortable here and I love that!!! Much of the teaching staff appreciate me and all I do for them and their students. The teachers tell me what a great job I am doing, while commenting on the positive changes I am attempting in the library-for the students!!
My Hopes & Dreams for our School Library
I hope that eventually some boys, may voluntarily be library monitors at MRHS. I dream that I can be a FULL time teacher-librarian, totally devoted to developing programs and integrating classes 100% of the time!!!
