Is any one out there?

Hi guys,
Is there anyone still using this site for shared info? I haven't been on for a long time but I wanted to share with you a new blog/webpage/wiki site. I'm trying it out this time. The students can work on wiki style work but in a site much more useful than the zoomshare site I showed you. It is Netcipia http://www.netcipia.net/xwiki/bin/view/MyNetcipia/
Take care

Video Podcast

Hi again,
Great job tonight those who presented! Looking forward to those yet to come.

This is a great and fun video podcast sight. Great for starting classes and full of material for all aspects of education.

Are Schools Killing Creativity?

I found that video particularly moving. I struggle tremendously in school with the boxed student 'product' we often end up attempting to construct (at least in academic highschool classes). I love that we encourage students to be the best chemist, biologist, author, doctor they can be but I think the way we go about it can sacrifice so much from the very heart and confidence of many students' being. Not everyone is meant to excel at everything. In fact some might be exceptional inContinue
